Here at Rhode Ireland, we value every customer and we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. All products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, your trust is important to us and we stand by the quality of our product, so we are happy to honor return requests for manufacturing defects on a case by case basis.
For consideration please note the following:
- Please submit your return request to email@example.com within 10 days of receipt with your full name, order number and images of the defects.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
- Altered and/or washed apparel is not accepted.
- Once the return is approved by us, we will follow up with shipping instructions. And don't worry, we cover the shipping cost!
- Please allow for at least 10 to 14 business days for processing your return
For shipments with an incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
For shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly.
Rhode Ireland reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
